My Potato Factory is dedicated to making the best, fully-loaded baked potatoes around! Chef and owner Tonya Morris launched the restaurant in 2009, ready to celebrate and demonstrate the versatility and sustainability of a potato. At My Potato Factory, all of the toppings are made in small batches in-house giving hungry customers a uniquely homemade fast food experience. The variety at the shop is astounding! They offer potato dishes fit for any meal of the day. For breakfast, try the brisket benedict (brisket with two poached eggs topped with chipotle hollandaise). For lunch, order the shrimp and sausage gumbo potato. There’s even a dessert option — the My Candied Yam!
