The Mexican-Southern fusion food cart Nacheaux was born from husband and wife Chef Anthony Brown and Stephanie Brown’s love for creative, affordable food. Anthony grew up being fascinated with food and always asked himself, “Why do I have to continue making food the same way?” and “Why is delicious and healthier food not more easily accessible to all?” When Anthony and Stephanie opened their own food cart, they used the opportunity to create out-of-the-box edible creations, out of the suburbs, at a reasonable price for all. From creamy made-to-order mac & cheese, to Anthony’s signature burritos and nachos, the food at Nacheaux is sure to wow your tastebuds.
