When Earl Chinn visited his sister in Washington, DC in 1975 he struggled to find authentic Jamaican food. Four years later he returned to open Negril Jamaican Eatery with his family. Negril Jamaican Eatery brought the bold foods and flavors of the Caribbean through their jerk chicken, oxtail, and curried goat dishes. 

Today, Earl’s sister, Marguerite, his two sons, and his extended family manage the four Negril Eats locations.
