New Leaf Bistro’s chef and owner Geoffrey Ly cooked across the country for 30 years before opening the bistro in 2015. He is using his expertise to bring delicious and healthy Vietnamese cuisine to West Seattle. New Leaf Bistro’s pho is made with only natural ingredients.
