The two truly care about making “bomb ass” food and put lots of love into their fantastic corn tortillas — the cornerstone of their dishes. The duck carnitas taco made with duck confit is a perfect example of the way that traditional methods meet modern twists. You’ll find their housemade masa makes their tortillas perfect and the fatty duck confit is perfectly complimented by unexpected toppings of watermelon radish and salsa cruda!
