In 2011, Rebecca and Charles Marbas opened Northwest Lumpia to share Charles’s family lumpia recipe with their community. Northwest Lumpia specializes in what Rebecca and Charles call fusion lumpia. While their menu features more typical meat and vegetable filled lumpia, Rebecca and Charles experiment with flavors like peanut butter and jelly.
