Pedro Degollado opened Now Make Me A Sandwich in 2018, making his dream a reality after years in the food industry. The mobile food truck serves delicious sandwiches inspired by cuisine all over the world, including grilled cheese, house reubens, po-boys, tortas and more. Everything is made from scratch, and it’s obvious Pedro and his team take pride in what they do.
