Meghna Prakash and Evan Leichtling opened Off Alley in 2020 after running a series of pop-ups focusing on working with local farmers and introducing Seattle diners to underutilized proteins. Off Alley focuses on the 5th quarter of meat balanced with hyper-local produce and sustainably-sourced seafood. Meghna and Evan change the menu often to keep up with seasonal availability and change the beverage offerings, focusing on low intervention wine to local beers and curated spirits.
