Owner Aldo Gongora has loved coffee since he was a kid. It was a ritual in his household to drink coffee with pan dulce with family and enjoy each other’s company. As he helped make the drip coffee, he always wondered where it came from, and how it turned into the canned grounds his family enjoyed so much. Following his curiosity, he learned all about coffee and in 2024 opened his first coffee shop and roastery in Crown Hill, Seattle. He sources only specialty-grade beans from the best coffee-growing regions in the world including Costa Rica, Brazil, Colombia, and Ethiopia, and roasts them fresh each week.
