Peony Kitchen

A warm, sophisticated glow shines on the tables at Peony Kitchen, which are usually piled with heaps of dim sum dishes and elegant cocktails. The restaurant is owned by Joyce and Paul Choi and serves a diverse “Chinese fusion” menu that’s fit for a president – truly – Peony chef Kanna Hwang cooked for Chinese President Xi Jinping when he visited Seattle in 2015.
