Born and raised in Amman, Jordan, Chef Khal Beleh wanted to bring the taste of the Mediterranean to Seattle. Since 2009, Petra Mediterranean Bistro has been serving cuisine inspired by popular dishes in Jordan, Lebanon, Greece, and the Northern shores of Africa. The highly-reviewed, popular restaurant is praised for its special seasoning, large portions, and spectacular service.
Fun fact: This elegant and welcoming restaurant is named after Petra, the rose city of Jordan, one of the Seven Wonders of the World.
