Founded by husband-wife duo Scott Cory and Sachia Tinsley, the restaurant is named after their favorite rosé, Commanderie de Peyrassol. Their rotating seasonal menu features dishes that are simple and rustic. Be sure to order a glass of wine or a cocktail from their beautifully curated drink menu!
