Pike to Plate
Jennifer O’Connor founded Pike to Plate, a company offering private cooking classes, in 2020. After working as an educator for 17 years, Jennifer decided to pursue her passion in the fall of 2019. Despite facing roadblocks due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Jennifer was able to enroll in South Seattle College’s Culinary Studies program, earn her certification, and teach her first official class in July of 2021. She loves sharing her passions for teaching and cooking with everyone who enters her kitchen, showcasing her favorite Pike Place Market vendors, and hosting private dinner parties!
