The first Black-owned pizzeria in Washington state, Pizza By Ruffin is a Black, woman, and veteran-owned business. Owners Isaiah Ruffin and Colleen Constant serve pizza al taglio – “pizza by the cut” – specializing in toppings and flavors that reflect the Black diaspora, from Ethiopian Dorowat to Jamaican curry. In addition to their delicious pizza, they also offer beer and wine from other minority owned businesses in Washington.
