Navy veteran Joey Vanoni used to bake pizzas for his fellow service members while he was overseas (and even underseas). When he returned to the states, Joey opened a pizza truck called Pizza di Joey. Baltimore locals went nuts for his brick-oven pizza topped with locally-sourced seasonal ingredients, and now that pizza truck has expanded to a brick-and-mortar location!
