Pizzeria Paradiso

Every year during pride, you’ll see the rainbow flag waving proudly outside of this award-winning pizza restaurant. Pizzeria Paradiso, owned by lesbian restaurateur Ruth Gresser, has been a popular spot in Dupont Circle since it opened in 1991. Pies are cooked to order in a wood-burning oven, ready to be paired with any of more than 200 craft beers.

Pro tip: Try the Bottarga pizza! It’s got an egg on it! An egg!
