After traveling through South Central China, Liza Zack and Travis Post became infatuated with Sichuan and Yunnan cuisine. But even long before he visited China, Post was making dumplings as a teenager (inspired by Yan Can Cook on PBS!). Today, the pork dumplings at Plenty of Clouds are the most popular menu item alongside sesame noodles, lamb meatballs, and other flavorful bites. The restauranteurs also import Chinese liqueur called baijiu for guests to enjoy!
