Proof Bakery

Proof Bakery opened in 2010 in a space that had housed four bakeries for the past 50 years. Owner Na Young Ma specializes in classic French-style pastries, crafting treats with organic dairy and flour as well as locally sourced eggs and produce. The bakery serves specialty coffee from West Coast roasters including Cognoscenti Coffee.
