Pupuseria La Princesa

At Pupuseria La Princesa, owner Isaac Cardoza and his family serve authentic Salvadorian cuisine at reasonable prices. Isaac opened the Federal Way restaurant in 2019, seeking to create a warm, inviting atmosphere where diners can relax and catch the latest football game over a delicious meal. 

Their menu offers tamales, yuca con chicharron, platanos fritos, and of course, their signature pupusas, a traditional Salvadoran dish made of thick corn tortillas filled with a variety of savory ingredients such as cheese, beans, and meat.
