Valerie Chen loves making people happy with her food. She opened Queen Càphê in April 2022, and quickly built a local following thanks to her incredible customer service and delicious drink and food options. The cafe serves Vietnamese banh mi sandwiches, egg rolls, bubble waffles, boba tea, and Italian-style coffee drinks.
Fun-fact: Valerie’s daughters act as her boba taste testers. With their stamp of approval, Valerie is sure her boba is some of the best in town.
