Queen of Sheba
Food is love to Queen of Sheba owner Almaz Ainuu, and you can experience it in the quality of her food. Almaz traveled the world before settling down in Spokane to open her restaurant Queen of Sheba in 2010. The restaurant’s setting is casual, welcoming, and friendly. Queen of Sheba serves authentic Ethiopian food, drawing on the recipes Almaz learned from her mother in Ethiopia. They offer beef sambusa, tender beef tibs, bozena, or try their vegetarian options, like the vegetarian platter with potatoes, carrots, red lentils, yellow split peas, and more all served family style.
