Ras Dashen is the tallest mountain in Ethiopia, and much like the mountain, Ras Dashen restaurant regulars believe that it rises above the rest! Opened in 2006, current owners Ermias and Semeret Tewolde serve delicious authentic Ethiopian fare complemented by friendly service in a vibrantly colored atmosphere. The menu includes a variety of dishes from beef tibs, fish gulash, and vegetarian dishes like fosolia (green bean and carrot stew) and gomen (Ethiopian collared greens).
