In 2021, chef Gaurav Raj brought his expertise and talent to Seattle’s Fremont neighborhood with the progressive Indian restaurant Rasai. The menu features a selection of contemporary twists on classic dishes. Gaurav mixes molecular gastronomy techniques with his Southeast Indian roots to make out of this world food.
