Red Bowls Restaurant is a downtown Seattle hidden gem, well-loved by nearby office workers who frequent it on their lunch hour. Owner Dennis Kim opened the restaurant in 2007 to give Seattleites a taste of affordable, delicious Korean food. Today, Red Bowls is known for its Korean-inspired poke bowls filled with piles of fresh salmon and tuna and topped with fresh veggies like avocado, green onion, and broccoli.
Pro tip: Don’t miss the bibimbap!
