Resilient Body Fitness
Michele McCauley opened Resilient Body Fitness in 2021 to offer positive, inclusive fitness for everybody and every body. She knows that working out can be empowering if our goals come from a place of appreciating how amazing our bodies is rather than trying to “fix” them. Michele believes being at home in your body is a radical act, and wants to help you get there with one-on-one personal training.
Her approach to fitness is holistic and includes cardio exercises, strength training, flexibility, injury prevention, and post-treatment strengthening.
