Rocket Community Fitness

Alyssa and Brady Royse opened Rocket Crossfit with one goal: to create an empowering and inclusive fitness community. Classes focus on lifting safely, challenging oneself, and building self-confidence. The gym does not have mirrors or scales and purposefully limits discussion about losing weight or the “ideal body”. Alyssa and Brady recently renamed their business, Rocket Community Fitness due to CrossFit corporate silence in response to George Floyd’s death.
