Rodney Scott’s BBQ – Atlanta

Rodney Scott has been cooking whole-hog barbecue over wood coals since middle school. He used his 25 years of experience working with his family in their BBQ stop, to partner with his friend and fellow BBQ-lover, Nick Pihakis of the Pihakis Restaurant Group, to create their own restaurant — Rodney Scott’s BBQ in Charleston, SC. Rodney believes that authentic, mouth-watering barbecue requires time and technique. His skills have landed him on popular TV shows with Andrew Zimmern, Anthony Bourdain, and the Today Show. Rodney and Nick are excited to spread enjoyment, education, and the tradition of whole hog BBQ to new generations.
