Roots Southern Table
Chef Tiffany Derry and Tom Foley created Roots Southern Table in homage to the way Chef Drew grew up eating in the South. For Tiffany, memories of eating at her grandmother’s home and eating field-to-table are the inspiration behind the concept. Roots Southern Table is more than a celebration of food and memories, but is a celebration of who we are, and our roots. Tiffany and Tom want to invoke the feeling of customers coming home to great food and to those they love. Delectable choices like cast iron cornbread, gumbo, duck-fat fried chicken, jerk swordfish, and more are sure to invoke the feeling of home.
