Ryan Stewart ran Rose City Eats out of a food truck in Portland for four years before setting up shop in the Vancouver Mall Food Court in December 2020. When you come upon the food court, you’ll look for the stall painted like a food truck, a nod to the fast casual restaurant’s origins. Order at the counter and fulfill your cravings of creamy craving mac n’ cheese, a wing basket smothered in sauce, or their signature Rose City Burger.
