Rodel Borromeo opened his restaurant in 2019, naming it after “Sweet & Tender Hooligan” by The Smiths. S/T Hooligans offers upscale comfort food — from French-creole and barbeque, to fried chicken and burgers — with a casual counter service. S/T Hooligans is our go-to for an evening of great food and drinks. They have an amazing happy hour and delicious meals — check out their gumbo, burger, fries, brussels sprouts, nachos (basically you can’t go wrong with anything on their menu). Owner and staff are super friendly. They have warm and cozy indoor seating and also covered outdoor seating with some heaters in the back. Highly recommended!
