Connoisseurs of menudo will know that the dish is a time-consuming labor of love. Sal Y Limon is a Mexican restaurant, owned and operated by Jesus Magaña and Adrian Cayetano. They opened their restaurant in 2018 and make many of the items on the menu (from its soft tortillas to flavorful adobada) “the traditional way.”

Bonus: The building is two stories, and features a tertulia room for private events. Sounds like a call for some of their from-scratch margaritas!
