Hawaiian celebrity chef Sam Choy opened the first location of his poke spot in San Bruno, California before opening a second spot in Seattle in 2018. The fresh seafood at this popular spot is regularly flown in from Hawaii, and used in modern poke combinations. Whether you opt for their Thai peanut poke or a poke taco, you’ll find that their menu items are as unique as they are tasty. Owners Sam Choy and Max Heigh have also reinvented musubis to be larger than typical, and smothered in aioli and unagi sauce.

  1. My absolute favorite Hawaiian food in town! I absolutely love their poke, Kalua pork, and Mac salad. The food is always so fresh and the portions are very generous.
