When chefs Minako Matsumura and Makoto Ogasawara moved to the United States from Japan, they missed a frequent lunch item they’d often eat in Japan — Japanese sandwiches! If you’ve ever had a delicious Japanese-style sandwich, you know just how craveable they are. Since 2014, Sandwich House TRES has delighted regulars with a variety of delicious ingredients piled atop their fluffy white bread that’s baked in-house! Stop in to try their fan-favorite sandwiches including strawberry cheesecake, pork cutlet, miso katsu, loco moco, and more.

Pro tip: Their sandwiches are ultra affordable, so if you’re feeling extra hungry — grab one that’s sweet and another that’s savory!

Recommendations:

  1. The sandwich here are simple yet so good. The bread are super soft and light and you can grab sweet or savory ones here. They also give out free crust (pre-covid) and I usually grab some to dip with the soup they have there.
