Santo Coffee Co. was born from the collaborative vision of two couples who sought to honor and highlight high-quality Colombian coffee and the farmers that produce it. Together, Fredy (former Seattle Sounder forward) and Alexis Montero and Mikhail and Jessica Ghyvoronsky have created a simple coffee menu, finding ways to serve coffee in its purest forms.
Fun fact: Santo Coffee Co. sources its coffee from Colombian roaster, Devoción, a farm-to-table coffee roaster that has developed long-term relationships with coffee growers, supports social and environmental initiatives, and pays fair-trade prices.

A gem of a coffee shop in Ravenna! Their coffee is delicious, and the staff is so friendly every time I’ve gone in. Their space is really cute and comfortable, a place you can easily meet a friend for a coffee date or spend an hour getting lost in a book. I have enjoyed the variety of pop ups of other small local businesses they have hosted, too!
