SANTY’S EATERY

Pedro Degollado opened Santy’s Eatery to give Burien a place where people could eat and drink well any time of day. The team behind the award-winning Now Make Me A Sandwich brings that same scratch-made energy to a full bar and kitchen, serving everything from chilaquiles and breakfast burritos to smoked brisket sliders, tacos, and burgers. There’s a full bar, happy hour, and a bookable event space on site.
