In October 2006, when Ashley and Aaron Schram met at an Oktoberfest party in Minneapolis, the two set out to chase the dream of opening a winery together. They found a little slice of heaven in Waconia, with fields perfect for growing grapes. First, Ashley and Aaron were focused on wine, but the couple decided to expand to beer. They opened a tasting and tap room that has become known as a must-stop destination spot where guests can taste and appreciate a variety of quality wines alongside distinctive craft brews, all made onsite. The Schram family still lives at the vineyard with their children, so if you see them walking around in their rubber boots, say hello!
