Seattle Chocolate opened its doors in 1991 to offer their delicious, small batch chocolates to local chocoholics of all ages. Owner Jean Thompson proudly sources the company’s non-GMO ingredients and buys only Rainforest Alliance Certified cocoa. Jean’s team produces a delectable variety of treats, including artisan truffles, truffle bars, and caramels with flavors ranging from malted milk ball to pink bubbly. Have dietary restrictions? No problem. Seattle Chocolates has Kosher, vegan, gluten-free, nut-free, and soy-free options available. (Even more good news: Their jcoco brand supports non-profits focused on ending hunger in the U.S.)

Visit them near the C gates.

Bonus: When you’ve landed back in the Evergreen State, don’t miss Seattle Chocolate’s flagship store in Tukwila, where you can take a factory tour to see how the magic is made.
