Seattle Chocolate opened its doors in 1991 to offer their delicious, small batch chocolates to local chocoholics of all ages. Owner Jean Thompson proudly sources the company’s non-GMO ingredients and buys only Rainforest Alliance Certified cocoa. Jean’s team produces a delectable variety of treats, including artisan truffles, truffle bars, and caramels with flavors ranging from malted milk ball to pink bubbly. (Good news: They’re certified Kosher and have vegan and gluten-free options available.) For a little adventure, take a tour of the factory at their flagship shop to see how the magic is made.
