Husband and wife team Sean Hallman and Lisa Ireland love distilling together. With their love and their passion for quality spirits, they founded Shadow Ridge Spirits Company. Shadow Ridge Spirits serves boutique ultra-small batch handcrafted spirits that are distilled from premium ingredients. They produce Bourbon, Rye, peated, single malt, and American single malt whiskey aged in charred oak barrels. Their whiskeys are made with specialty grains and malted barley.
