After graduating college in 2019, Shannon Lee started bubble tea and dessert store Shake It with her mom. Shake It puts a healthy twist on Taiwanese desserts by using high-quality, organic ingredients and Shannon loves seeing the joy on customers’ faces after a sip of tea or bite of ice cream.
