Former Seattle Sonics player Shawn Kemp and co-owners opened a cannabis shop in late 2020 and continues to pave the way for Black-owned cannabis in Seattle. He aims to make his space comfortable for people from all cultures and backgrounds and to de-stigmatize recreational use! Shawn himself has a 5% stake in the shop and co-owns with John Davis, Chelsea Dew, Tran Du, Ramsey Hamide, and Matthew Schoenlein.
