Simply Thai’s mission is simple: source and prepare authentic Thai cuisine using the freshest ingredients. Rick and Nita Moore have been serving the Tukwila community for two decades using family recipes that have been passed down for generations. Nita is also the executive chef at Simply Thai and can trace her culinary history back to the Laotian royal family. Every dish at Simply Thai uses high quality and fresh meat and seafood from their own processing facility as well as produce from local suppliers.

Huge huge Simply Thai fan! They are friendly, fast, and most importantly the food is delicious. If you are in need of plenty of food at a good price this is the spot. Also, the wait is never long because they are one street over from Southcenter Mall! The spring rolls and the chicken pad thai are what keep bringing me back.
