Cassandra Schaeg wanted to make a splash in the bar industry while also supporting women and marginalized communities. So, in 2015, she opened Sip Wine & Beer, a wine and beer bar that serves as a greater platform to sip, connect, and share. When you enter, you are are greeted with upbeat music and a variety of engaging board games. With wine and beer sourced both locally and from abroad, Sip is a bar destination to empower, inspire, and exchange knowledge.
