Slaughter House BBQ was Nigel Drayton’s first BBQ joint in his hometown of Charleston, SC. Nigel has been in the restaurant industry since he started working as a busboy when he was 15 years old. At 25, he held his first kitchen manager position where he dreamt of opening up his own restaurant. Hosting refreshing beer selections and BBQ of brisket, smoked wings, smoked meatloaf, chicken, and succulent ribs, Slaughter House BBQ’s shining glory is their special South Carolina barbecue hash and blueberry cornbread.
