Slow Down Studio

Taylor Stefanski founded Slow Down Studio to give people a place to get their hands in clay and actually breathe for a minute. Tucked into a historic auto-row building on Capitol Hill, the studio focuses on handbuilding, no pottery wheel required. Taylor has been handbuilding for over a decade and teaching for more than five years, and she describes her studio as a third space for creativity, connection, and expression. Classes are beginner-friendly and welcoming to all levels, with sliding scale pricing available.
