The Smokin Robinsons Cafe is a taste of Southern Comfort Food in the Puget Sound. Located in Bremerton, owners Algaucho and Mari Robinson worked together years prior in restaurants, with the dream of one day opening a place of their own. That dream came true in 2014, when Smokin Robinsons Cafe opened up to eager diners in the region, including the US Navy Base, who found a comforting taste of home at the cafe. The menu features BBQ favorites like smoked brisket and pulled pork, smoked chicken, and St. Louis-style ribs, plus burgers, Philly cheese steaks, and wraps. In 2017 they were able to purchase a food truck, which they park strategically next to the naval shipyard when it’s not feeding big events or festivals.
