Jatin Grewal, Navjit Singh, and Jagminder Singh opened Spice Box in October, 2020, jumping at the opportunity when the Capitol Hill space was for sale. The small but easy-to-spot restaurant has a full menu of traditional Indian cuisine and modern Indian-fusion options, including chicken tikka wraps. Navjit’s father, who has three decades of experience as a chef, designed the majority of the menu, including many vegetarian options to appeal to all. They’ve made themselves known for their modern interpretation of classic dishes and insistence on only using high-quality, fresh ingredients.
