Spice Kitchen West African Grill serves authentically inspired West African street food crafted from fresh, flavorful ingredients. Founded in 2022 by first-generation Nigerian-American Olumide Shokubi, the restaurant is a celebration of African cuisine and culture. Olumide’s vision for Spice Kitchen goes beyond just serving delicious food; he aims for the spot to serve as a platform for the education and empowerment of Black people everywhere.
Try their Suya, a spicy meat skewer known as a Nigerian national dish. Spice Kitchen offers three different kinds, chicken, beef, or shrimp, all marinated in their signature spice blend and served with onions, honey, and BBQ SAUCE.
