After the Redmond location closed in 2016, customer-favorite Spicy Talk Bistro opened back up in Kirkland in 2018, with owners Hoang Ngo and Jingtang Ye. The menu is full of their original and exceptional Szechuan dishes. Their noodles are hand shaven, topped with sauces made from scratch.
