Owner and chef Jessica Koslow is the recipient of many awards and recognition, making Sqirl a very popular breakfast and lunch spot. While the menu features re-imagined classics as well as innovative dishes, the jam is the true star! It’s made on-site in copper pans according to techniques dating back to the 1500s.
